NestHub was created out of real, on-the-ground experience in Real Estate. After over a decade of working closely with buyers, I kept running into the same challenge. Once clients started touring homes and showing serious interest, the process became disorganized. Disclosures, offer deadlines, comps, and communication were scattered across emails, texts, and PDFs. There was no central place to keep everyone aligned. So, I built one.
I didn’t set out to reinvent how people find homes. Platforms like Zillow and Redfin already do that well. Instead, I focused on what happens next, the moment when clarity, timing, and communication become critical. NestHub bridges the gap between “We like this home” and “We’re ready to make an offer.”
Drawing from my experience as a Realtor, along with a passion for clean design and thoughtful technology, I built NestHub to help agents manage their pipeline more efficiently and to give buyers the transparency they need to make confident decisions. Everything—disclosures, comparables, offer deadlines, agent comments—is housed in one intuitive dashboard.
